Cancellation and Refund Policy

At BeaStark Solutions, we aim to deliver high-quality SAP-managed services and consulting solutions. If you need to cancel a service or request a refund, please review our policy below.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request a cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Project-Based Services: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 10 days before the service commencement date.
  • Ongoing Managed Services: Clients must provide 10 days’ notice before terminating a recurring service contract.
  • Immediate Termination: BeaStark Solutions reserves the right to cancel services in cases of non-compliance with terms, unethical practices, or violations of agreements.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued based on the nature of the service and stage of completion:

  • Full Refund: If cancellation occurs before service initiation and no work has commenced.
  • Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs during an active project, a refund will be calculated based on completed milestones and incurred costs.
  • No Refund: Once services have been fully delivered or if the cancellation occurs beyond the permitted timeframe.

3. Exceptions to Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

  • The client delays project progress due to lack of communication or required inputs.
  • Customized or tailor-made solutions have already been delivered.
  • Third-party service costs (such as cloud hosting or software licensing) are non-refundable.

4. Processing of Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 25 days business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • BeaStark Solutions is not liable for transaction processing delays from banks or payment gateways.
